These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dental Navigator website and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Dental Navigator. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Dental Navigator is a Canadian platform that helps patients find dental clinics, estimate treatment costs, and request contact from matched dental providers. We are not a dental clinic and do not provide dental diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

For dental clinics, we offer directory listings, verification services, and patient lead matching through subscription tiers.

Information provided on the Platform, including cost estimates, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or dental advice. Always consult a licensed dental professional for diagnosis and treatment recommendations. In case of a dental emergency, seek immediate in-person care.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse, scrape, or interfere with the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Clinics may claim and manage their listings. Claiming a listing does not imply endorsement by Dental Navigator. We do not guarantee the number or quality of leads generated through the Service. Lead matching is based on the information provided by users and clinics.

Patient leads are shared with clinics only where the patient has provided explicit consent. Clinics receiving leads agree to handle that information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and to use it only to respond to the patient's inquiry.

We offer free and paid subscription tiers for clinics. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are generally not refundable.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Dental Navigator or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dental Navigator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on any cost estimates or clinic information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, clinics, or Dental Navigator.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
